Catalyst Consultancy has been appointed to handle the trade press, PR and marketing for high-end male grooming range Flint Edge. The Flint Edge range includes face, body, hair and shaving products specifically designed for men's skin and is available in Fortnum and Mason, Fenwick and House of Fraser. Additionally, North London hair salon Martin Hoarau Hairdressing is now represented by Catalyst Consultancy. The salon opened for business in March and founders Martin Hoarau and Kellie Allen have been appointed as ambassadors for hair brand INTERCOSMO and hair colour brand Voila.

Catalyst Consultancy is pleased to announce that they will now be doing the PR for the uber trendy Soho hair salon FordhamWhite. The team are regularly involved in session work, such as the London , Milan and Paris Fashion Week shows for the likes of Prada, Miu Miu, Chanel, YSL and Chloe, as well as top photo-shoots and TV shows, including Project catwalk and Britons Next Top Model. Catalyst will look after stylists Sean Fordham and Phill Gallagher, who between them have gained an impressive client list including Kate Moss, Lily Cole, Sienna Miller, Linda Evangelista, Jodie & Jemma Kidd and Graham Norton.

2008 will see the rename and re-launch of the salon, so watch this space.........

Catalyst Consultancy has been appointed to by X.it. X.it is the most effective product to be launched to combat the growth of head lice and their eggs in history. Its clearance rate of 92.7% in one application makes it the most effective lice remover on the market. Within three applications (three days) all infestations will be removed, its nearest rival takes 39 days.

Chris Foster, two times winner of the Barber of the Year award and also nominated for Men's Hairdresser of the Year, works regularly with many leading magazines. Catalyst Consultancy has been appointed to handle the PR for the Sean Hanna hairdressing group. An award winning salon group, based in London and Surrey . Catalyst is responsible for the PR and marketing of all six salons, art team and profiles of Sean, Sky McDonald and Yesmin O' Brien.

Catalyst Consultancy has also been appointed to handle the PR for Rage International. A portfolio of business programmes designed for the professional hairdresser by the professional hairdresser. RAGE and TES programmes are for the salon owner and stylists. December 2007 sees the launch of STOCKIT, a programme to help any business conscious salon ensure maximum profitability from their retail.
